Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product to translate reputed company into execution -- surfacing reputed company, shaping direction, and communicating the "why" to your team with reputed company and energy
• Drive the team's delivery rhythm across dashboards, notebooks, visualizations, scheduled searches, AI-assisted workflows, and performance improvements that directly shape how customers interact with reputed company Search

Skills

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years managing a team focused on user-facing product development

• Experience leading senior/staff-level engineers who operate with high autonomy
• Strong PM partnership skills -- comfortable co-creating roadmaps, translating product reputed company, and navigating ambiguity
