[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison (Remote)

The role involves building rapport with families and reputed company providers, educating them about the treatment process, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone
- Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
- Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics
- Review cost reputed company amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with our families
- Handling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day
Skills

- 1 – 2 years' customer service or reputed company experience
- 1 – 2 years' experience with computer software
- Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and reputed company relations skills
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
