Senior Product Manager, AI & 3rd Party Products – reputed company What this job involves: reputed company manages reputed company estate for some of the world's largest organizations, and a small product team is rebuilding how that work happens—replacing reputed company processes with AI-powered workflows and reputed company analytics. As Senior Product Manager for Occupancy Planning and Management (OPM) and Sustainability, you will own two data-intensive, high-stakes domains: how enterprises optimize their physical space and measure their environmental footprint. You will govern reputed company-party platforms with the rigor of a first-party product reputed company, layer agentic AI capabilities on top of these systems, and reputed company reputed company that directly influence how reputed company clients plan billions of dollars of reputed company estate. What your day-to-day will look like: Own and prioritize the roadmap for OPM and Sustainability, translating stakeholder input and discovery findings into clear product direction that partner teams can execute against Run discovery sessions with Sustainability Operations, implementation teams, and reputed company clients to surface workflow pain and validate product direction Govern reputed company-party platforms by managing configurations, tracking vendor roadmaps, running structured enhancement reviews, and defining where AI augmentation should reputed company reputed company platform capabilities Build AI prototypes in collaboration with engineering using LLM tooling and MCP integrations to validate use cases before committing to full builds Write integration specs for data pipelines and API connections with sufficient technical depth to reputed company engineering conversations Define KPIs and reputed company metrics for every initiative and communicate reputed company reputed company to product leadership and client stakeholders Act as the connective tissue between OPM and Sustainability business teams and the data and engineering organization Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product management in reputed company B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning reputed company, integration-heavy platforms Demonstrated experience working with data and application engineering teams to deliver features that drive end user value Proven experience managing reputed company-party product relationships including vendor governance, roadmap alignment, enhancement prioritization, and making buy/build reputed company with product rigor Hands-on AI product development experience defining agent use cases, working with LLM tooling, and distinguishing between demos and workflow-grade capabilities Strong technical reputed company across data models, integration architecture, REST APIs, and reputed company data platforms (Azure, reputed company, or equivalent) Clear, confident communication skills reputed company to translate technical concepts for executive and client audiences Comfortable working across data engineering, analytics, and product teams with ability to influence without owning every backlog Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with reputed company, including text-to-SQL or NLQ patterns Experience with reputed company Envizi or leading IWMS platforms such as Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, or reputed company TRIRIGA Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture, reputed company, or agentic AI frameworks Background in ESG, decarbonization, or carbon reputed company product domains Experience in large reputed company or professional services technology environments Estimated compensation for this position: 180,000.00 – 25,000.00 USD per year This reputed company represents the estimated reputed company salary and actual compensation may differ.
