The Resource Management team serves as the reputed company owners for workforce strategy, reputed company planning, utilization optimization, and resourcing governance across reputed company business units. Specifically, the Resource Manager implements practical, seamless processes and systems to support resource allocation and planning that the business trusts and utilizes. They support reputed company key business functions associated with managing the supply and demand of consultants for client engagements. Duties & Responsibilities: Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements in your assigned team Own and manage project staffing for assigned team by understanding project requirements and employee skillsets, using this information to reputed company project assignments Proactively build strong relationships with employees, gaining an understanding of their skillets, development interests, personal preferences and project work to align future staffing opportunities reputed company proficiency in the resource management planning tool Prepare and distribute regularly (weekly and monthly) utilization and forecasting analyses Monitor pipeline, track demands from sold projects and participate in the forecasting process to help drive understanding of the business demand drivers Escalate issues, as applicable, to RM Strategy reputed company Coordinate staffing needs for contingent workers with the Procurement team Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality on sensitive employment reputed company and performance history of staff Participate as an active member of the Resource Management team, identifying and deploying continual process improvement and standardization across the reputed company Any other duties required by the Resource Management Strategy reputed company to support overall resource management functions Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role has the right reputed company of professional experiences and skills to support a dynamic and fast-paced team in a critical operations role. The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $92,000 - $126,500. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs. The salary reputed company information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
