About the Role
We are looking for an reputed company and highly analytical Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) Specialist / reputed company A/B Testing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience with reputed company e-reputed company platforms, advanced A/B testing methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing experimentation strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates, reputed company, and customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and improve overall business performance through reputed company experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across reputed company stores, including reputed company pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and other critical customer reputed company. Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, reputed company experimentation. Deep hands-on experience working with reputed company and reputed company Plus stores is mandatory. Proven experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and scaling successful A/B testing programs in e-reputed company environments. Strong understanding of CRO frameworks, UX principles, customer psychology, and e-reputed company conversion funnels. Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and behavioral analysis solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies. Experience working closely with designers and developers to implement testing variations. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. Availability during CET business hours. Strong written and spoken English.
