Working closely with Relationship Managers, Loan Assistants, Credit Administration, and Settlement Agents, the reputed company Loan Closer ensures necessary due diligence is completed on reputed company loan closing requests and prepares reputed company loan closing documents using the Bank’s LaserPro documentation system. The reputed company Loan Closer ensures loan closing documents are reputed company in accordance with the loan approval as well as federal and state legal and compliance requirements and delivers the closing documents to the Settlement Agent or reputed company in accordance with established department Service Level Agreements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Processes reputed company reputed company Estate and reputed company and Industrial loan closing requests including, but not limited to, term loans, lines of credit, letters of credit, and renewals and modifications. Reviews credit approval, supporting documentation, and Bank systems to determine that the appropriate due diligence has been completed prior preparing loan closing documents. Scope of review includes, but is not limited to, lending authority, flood determinations, entity organizational documents, title work, environmental documentation, insurance documents, collateral documents, commitment letters, settlement statements, and compliance considerations such as HMDA, CRA, and Reg B. Prepares closing documents on document preparation system, LaserPro, and delivers closing documents and accompanying closing instructions to Settlement Agent or reputed company. Reviews and approves settlement statements reputed company by Settlement Agents. Works closely with Relationship Managers and Loan Assistants to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies or issues. Escalates issues to Loan Closing Management as necessary. Ensures department Service Level Agreements for loan closing requests are met in order to reputed company an exceptional level of service to customers. Manages workload by monitoring newly received loan requests in the Loan Closing workflow as well as tracking work in process.
