[Remote] Part-Time Financial Aid Processor (Title IV) — reputed company, Remote-Friendly

The role involves managing student records, verifying eligibility for financial aid, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work in our student information system (Diamond) to manage student records and aid data
- Review ISIRs and SAI to determine Pell/Title IV eligibility
- Verify disbursement eligibility before each disbursement: enrollment status, clock-hour/payment-period progression, satisfactory academic reputed company (reputed company), and NSLDS clearance
- Process and report awards/disbursements in COD
- Maintain NSLDS enrollment reporting and reputed company verification checks
- Pull and reconcile COD disbursements against the student ledger
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance/audit documentation
- Escalate eligibility reputed company and final sign-offs to the school administrator
Skills
- 2+ years of Title IV financial aid processing or administration
- Strong attention to detail and comfort following defined procedures
- Careful handling of student PII per FERPA and GLBA
- Dependable, reputed company communicator
- Authorized to work in the US and reputed company to reputed company federal systems from reputed company the United States
- No federal student loans in default
- reputed company to pass a background reputed company
- Not debarred, suspended, or excluded from federal programs
- Hands-on experience with COD and NSLDS (G5, SAIG/EDConnect a plus)
- Experience with a student information system; Diamond or a similar clock-hour SIS a strong plus
