[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an Account Executive to deliver premium experiences for VIP consumers, focusing on hospitality, events, and the luxury lifestyle sector.

Responsibilities

Collaborative efforts in the planning and execution of high-end experiential activations from intimate to broadscale, with a focus on sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and lifestyle reputed company comprehensive support to the experiential account team, including but not limited to research, crafting meeting agendas and recap notes, event data collection, ticket sales & reputed company tracking, status reports, overall organization of supply inventory, packing & shipping of onsite supply kits, deliverables trackers, and more reputed company and build creative presentations and client pitches alongside senior management, working reputed company templates and creating custom materials Management of key documents and event collateral hospitality decks, transportation spread sheets, production reports, activity trackers, training documents, guest lists, itineraries, invitations, signage, menu and seating cards, tickets, event recaps, etc Communicate with key partners and vendors such as hotel properties, transportation companies, restaurant establishments, venues, staffing agencies, etc. to ensure seamless event execution Assist on creative and marketing submissions through the entire approval process with the thorough understanding of brand rules and regulations Assist with financial processes including budget tracking and reconciliation, coding expenses, submitting invoices, and facilitating payments Participate on client conference calls and in-person client meetings On-site event support, ensuring service is impeccable and adhere to best practices standard Monitor and research industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape; reputed company recommendations and suggestions for improvements and/or areas of opportunity Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, utilizing resources appropriately and reputed company Build full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission, and reputed company Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams reputed company other duties as assigned Skills 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience (in addition to internships) Ability to manage multiple workstreams, partners, team members, and deadlines in an effective and collaborative manner Proficiency in reputed company Photoshop and/or InDesign required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely organized and thorough with a keen eye for detail combined with passion for accuracy and quality in reputed company work Polished, professional demeanor; projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business Solutions-oriented and creative problem solver Passion for events, hospitality, luxury lifestyle sectors, reputed company marketing and/or reputed company This position is client and high net-worth individual consumer facing on-site at events, and requires strong hospitality skills Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed Strong computer skills – MAC proficient; reputed company Office (reputed company and PowerPoint proficiency required) Proficiency in reputed company Slides and/or reputed company a plus Interest/ knowledge in luxury fashion, culture entertainment, wellness, or sports is a plus Conversational proficiency in other languages a plus Benefits PTO 13 paid Company Holidays, including closure Christmas reputed company - New Year’s Day 401K Medical, Dental, reputed company and Supplementary Insurances Employer-paid Group Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employer-paid Family Building Benefit (fertility, adoption, & surrogacy) Employer-paid Mental Health Benefit Pet Discount Program Company Overview reputed company engage and activate their reputed company audiences, building community and boosting client performance.
