What You'll Do:
* Engage directly with customers: You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
- Research and problem-solve: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
What You'll Need:
* 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment: You'll have experience working in a role that's focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and think critically to determine the best solutions for our customers.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet the needs of our customers.
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
