Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting and updating data across several platforms, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with other team members to validate data and resolve discrepancies. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a structured and timely manner.
Responsibilities
As a data entry specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering and updating data in various databases with high accuracy
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Reviewing and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors
- Maintaining confidentiality of data and complying with data protection policies
- Communicating with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies
- Participating in team meetings and providing insights on data processes
- Assisting in generating reports and data analysis as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry software
