As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.50¹
  • $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify²
  • $310 Certification bonus for participating in the certification program³
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program to get you started
  • Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required, with the option to work more hours if desired¹

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to tax software and products
  • Assisting customers with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as addressing basic tax-related questions
  • Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, driving innovation and providing top-notch service
  • Embracing a customer-centric approach, understanding and empathizing with customer needs to deliver personalized support

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
