Part-time Data Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the Role: As a Part-time Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing an outlined process to ingest data into our platform, ensuring data accuracy, and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to our growing customer base. Your primary focus will be on downloading and uploading files, quality checking data, and communicating effectively with our remote team members.

Responsibilities:

• Work online from 7-9 am PT, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, until January 31, 2025
• Leverage an outlined process to ingest data into the Alloy Platform by 9 am PT
• Proactively update the internal team on any issues or delays via Slack
• Facilitate quality checks to ensure data accuracy
• Triage inbound tickets and assign them to appropriate groups to resolve (if time allows)
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via Alloy's Zendesk ticketing system (if time allows)

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently work from 7 am - 9 am Pacific Time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays until January 31, 2025
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfort with data and QAing its accuracy
• Ability to work independently with effective time management and minimal supervision
• Experience using Zendesk or other help desk software is a plus (but not necessary)
