Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner;
Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and security of the office environment;
Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink);
Make travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.;
Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
Maintenance of staff address book and seating chart
Managing company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies;
Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function.
Activities & Events support;
Responding to management needs and make necessary arrangement;
Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences
Special Knowledge
Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
Strong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin
Personal Qualification:
Service-minded, flexible, cheerful, willing to help others;
Positive attitude,Willing to do multiple tasks, flexible;
Good manners and appearance
Resourceful, self-motivated and self-managed.
