We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executive. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner and handle a wide range of executive-level tasks, including calendar management, communication coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
  • Arrange with other Executive Assistants to arrange travel and agenda.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage governmental portals while supporting the admin team.
  • Manage all documents in a well organize way.
  • Assist in special projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4 years experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
