This role requires sourcing both active and passive candidates through innovative and traditional methods. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and must be adaptable, ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ongoing change. Remote Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers - Manage calendar and recruitment coordination to ensure smooth processes - Maintain up-to-date client and candidate data in the tracking system - Track recruiting metrics such as call volume, time-to-fill and candidate pipelines - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver top talent - Leverage LinkedIn and various job boards to source qualified candidates Remote Healthcare Recruiter Requirements: - Bachelors degree required - 5+ years of recruiting or relevant healthcare experience - Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet staffing goals and close positions quickly - Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Experience working with applicant tracking systems If you're ready to bring your recruiting expertise to a high-impact role with growth potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
