Job Description
This role involves collaborative work, relationship-building, proposal writing, budget development, strong presentations, and experience in programmatic fundraising. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with field directors on strategies and opportunities to identify and cultivate principal gift prospects. Work with the Mission Advancement team to secure project information, create presentations and proposals, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM. Participate in training activities and develop programs to advance revenue development. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in fundraising with a focus on individual major and principal gifts (high six-figures and up). Knowledge of public health, healthcare, medicine, community health, or scientific research. Experience using donor relationship management software such as Salesforce CRM, Blackbaud, Dynamics, and/or Raisers Edge.
