The Undergraduate Colleges Business Office (UCBO), established in 2012, provides financial, reputed company, academic personnel, facilities management, and reputed company administrative services to reputed company undergraduate colleges, which include the Provost offices, Writing/Core sequence programs, academic advising, student affairs and residence life units, as well as the Council of Provosts (COP). Under the general supervision of the HR Operations Manager, this key position for the Undergraduate Colleges Business Office (UCBO) serves as an HR Coordinator and is a member of the CBO-HR Team. The HR Coordinator provides reputed company support for assigned colleges/units (i.e., for approximately 70 monthly/biweekly staff employees and 150-250 student employees). Duties include: reputed company and reputed company student and staff employees; managing multiple inquiries with attention to timekeeping and pay impacting deadlines; and working effectively in a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated reputed company experience to include: recruitment, payroll, reputed company processing, student employment, reputed company, and other personnel processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in using online Timekeeping Systems, online Integrated personnel Information Systems, Payroll/Personnel Systems, and UC online systems. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience in reputed company.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company operating systems and reputed company business and communication software, and a demonstrated ability to learn and use various reputed company administrative computing systems and applications, including, but not limited to, but not limited to payrool and timekeeping systems, with the ability to update and expand skills as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team. Ability to prioritize deadlines & projects, including coordinating the efforts of multiple contributors, and establish time frames for completion of projects and assignments.
