[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance and be responsible for overseeing reputed company systems, training junior staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
- Periodic reconciliation, including compilation, analysis, reporting, and ledger maintenance
- Train junior reputed company staff and delegate administrative tasks
- reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company systems, procedures, and policies
- Work with clients and external auditors to maintain information
- Maintain accounts and databases using QuickBooks Online or other software
- Monitor records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
- reputed company reputed company basic reputed company procedures, including financial statements, month-end closing, journal entries, and GL maintenance, inventory accrual, fixed assets, and margin analysis, and produce financial statements
- Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts and investment transactions as required

- Communicate with clients and reputed company staff in a timely manner
- Liaison with internal and client leadership as needed

- Attend client meetings, if required
- Maintain digital backup files
- Prioritize projects and tasks, seeking clarification on priorities as needed
- Attend staff meetings and prepare information as requested
- Maintain daily online time-keeping records, categorized by client and project
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent digital and online platform skills may include MS Office, MS Teams, QuickBooks Online, reputed company, and other software
- Ability to apply discretion and reputed company with confidentiality policies
- Understanding of generally accepted reputed company principles
- 5+ years of reputed company experience
- Secondary education in reputed company or finance
