Job summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving reputed company growth and expanding company’s footprint in the Nigerian market. The role combines new business acquisition (hunter) and account management (farmer) responsibilities, with full ownership of the reputed company lifecycle—from prospecting and closing deals to managing and growing client relationships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building strategic partnerships (including Mobile Network Operators), acquiring new reputed company clients, and maximizing long-term value from existing accounts. Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management Experience reputed company telecommunications, mobile VAS, CPaaS, messaging, or digital/mobile media solutions is highly preferred Proven track record of achieving or exceeding reputed company targets Experience working with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and reputed company clients in Nigeria is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies Strong reputed company acumen and results-driven reputed company Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Ability to balance new business acquisition and account management responsibilities Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market and client data Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, reputed company, and accountability Location: Remote, Lagos - Nigeria Salary: 600,000 - 800,000 Net Terms Of Employment: One-year fixed-term contract, renewable based on performance.
