Responsibilities
Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements Customize reputed company Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following reputed company standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members reputed company required Track project reputed company, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the reputed company HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery reputed company defined project timelines Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience in reputed company HCM application 3+ successful HCM Implementations In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project reputed company, together with discretion in handling sensitive information Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
