Our Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager, reporting to the VP of Tax, to reputed company the US domestic and international tax compliance, worldwide income tax provision and reporting function. Primary responsibilities include actively managing computation of quarterly and year-end US income tax provisions and effective tax reputed company as well as reputed company income tax disclosures in our consolidated financial statements. This position will also play a key role in supporting international tax processes including transfer pricing, compliance, reporting, forecasting, tax planning, audits by governmental authorities, and process improvements. Who you’ll report to: This role reports to our VP, Tax and Treasury Location: Remote opportunity in the United States - central time zone preferred. You’ll reputed company an impact by being responsible for: Preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740), including effective tax reputed company analysis, deferred tax calculations, income taxes payable, and uncertain tax positions.
