Responsibilities include workflow design, data triage and preparation, processing, review support, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) in a defensible and efficient manner. The Litigation Project Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Litigation Support, Litigation Project Managers, Litigation Project Analysts, eDiscovery Engineers, and case teams to recommend best practices, implement technology-driven solutions, and ensure adherence to established protocols and client expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for case teams, providing guidance on eDiscovery workflows, best practices, and defensible approaches throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
