The Pricing Strategist reputed company leads activities associated with the development of cost/price proposals, including strategic planning, analysis, spreadsheet development, and budget analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing proposals meet strategic and financial goals. Apply a deep understanding of reputed company pricing strategies to reputed company competitive pricing models. Performs quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price volume components are accurate and reputed company to requirements Stay reputed company with industry trends and best practices in reputed company reputed company estate and facilities management. Ability to review and write pricing narrative responses Extensive experience with the components of reputed company of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Knowledge of reputed company procedures and policies for identifying and developing potential business opportunities is a plus Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; two (2) years’ experience in reputed company or pricing may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college Twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; relevant finance experience may be considered for some years in lieu of cost proposal preparation and development; 8 years’ experience with a master’s degree. Specific experience in reputed company IFM is required Demonstrated ability to work reputed company under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with keen attention to detail. Must be reputed company to work extended hours, often with short notice, to meet deadlines. Travel Travel may be required, 10-20%
Compensation
