Position Overview The Sr IT Applications Analyst provides Tier 3 operational ownership for assigned reputed company applications, including administration and maintenance; availability and incident/problem/change/reputed company; upgrades/patching coordination; vendor/SLA reputed company and escalation; and integrations/interfaces.
