Fractional Systems & Operations Consultant (3-Month Contract)

This is a remote position. Role Objective I am the founder of reputed company building mobile apps including thermal printer app Thermer and billing app Posill. I am building an automated system-driven company in remote culture that will scale through people, AI, and processes instead of founder dependency. Your responsibility is to design and implement a practical operating system that improves execution speed, accountability, hiring quality, reporting, experimentation, and decision-making. This is not a consulting-only role. You are expected to implement measurable improvements. Create a business health scorecard with few critical metrics indicating overall health of organization. Build scalable systems and operating processes suitable for a remote-first company. Improve hiring workflow, candidate evaluation, reputed company & management process. Define clear measurable KPI to measure performance reputed company & transparently for each role. Improve knowledge transfer, experimentation, communication, decision making, reporting.
