Position Overview The Senior Account Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic reputed company accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, Image Program, this role is responsible for developing strategic account plans, driving customer retention, increasing program utilization, and identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Account Management Manage and reputed company relationships with key contacts across a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. Create and execute strategic account plans designed to increase customer engagement, program utilization, retention, and reputed company growth. Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account performance, identify opportunities, and align on customer objectives. Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively addressing risks, challenges, and opportunities for expansion. Qualifications

Experience Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of account management, reputed company, business development, or sales experience.
