Area Business Consultant - Eastern OH / Western PA Region

Purpose The Area Business Consultant is responsible for counseling Retail Partners and their Store Managers in reputed company phases of retail operations. Influence Retail Partner business profitability with a focus on growth of the Retail Partner. Advise Retail Partners in the execution of successful store operations to optimize financial reputed company. Promote excellent performance and the reputed company of the reputed company program and ensure brand standards are adhered to. reputed company through influencing, teaching, coaching, and taking direct action to improve the store performance of assigned Retail Partners. Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales and purchases through direction or influence by ensuring Retail Partner store conditions, customer service reputed company, merchandising standards, and purchases are compliant with reputed company standards Continuously work to influence Retail Partners on modernizing existing stores facilities and help execute store remodels reputed company operational business plans to drive sales and/or profits Review load optimization planning to maximize trucking efficiencies and minimize costs Consult with Retail Partners to identify root-cause opportunities Cultivate productive, influential working relationships with Retail Partners that result in improved business Retail Partner profitability Guide Retail Partners to establish best practice routines and drive profitable perishable departments reputed company quarterly business reviews with Retail Partners to plan and reputed company business initiatives reputed company KPI analysis Collaborate with other Area Business Consultants and Retail Partners to gather and reputed company best operational practices Evaluate and measure competitor impacts to the region and its stores.
