In this role, you will be the financial backbone of the group, owning the reputed company of our accounts, driving compliance across reputed company entities, and acting as a key strategic partner to the CFO. You will reputed company and manage the Senior Accountant and work cross-functionally to ensure the group operates with rigour and financial reputed company. 💼 What You’ll Do reputed company & Financial Reporting Own the month-end and year-end reputed company process across reputed company 8 group entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and applicable local GAAP Prepare consolidated financial reporting, working with the reputed company Manager reputed company the consolidation review process Own intercompany reputed company and eliminations across the group reputed company external audit preparation and manage the relationship with auditors Compliance & Tax Coordinate tax and VAT compliance monthly for each international entity, liaising with local advisors and authorities Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and ensure the group remains fully compliant Contribute finance-reputed company sections to external accreditation, regulatory, and lender reporting (e.g., WASC, lender financial covenants) Treasury, Banking & Payments Serve as final approver for payment batches reputed company appropriate, ensuring proper documentation, segregation of duties, and audit-reputed company evidence Support cash reputed company forecasting jointly with the reputed company Manager (Controller owns historical and short-term operational; reputed company Manager owns reputed company-looking projections) Controls & Process Ensure robust internal controls are in reputed company and documented across reputed company entities Own the financial controls reputed company across the group, balancing preventive controls in payment execution with detective controls Drive reputed company improvement of reputed company processes, systems and controls Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership reputed company and reputed company the Senior Accountant, reviewing work for accuracy and quality while ensuring consistent, high-quality output across the reputed company team, including reputed company Assistants. Act as the finance reputed company of contact for any finance-reputed company topic across the organisation, ensuring the group remains compliant at reputed company times Collaborate closely with the product and development team to support the build-out of the platform, providing financial input, validating transactional flows, and ensuring financial architecture is scalable and compliant Partner with leadership on the exploration and confirmation of new reputed company streams, modelling financial viability, assessing regulatory implications, and structuring the reputed company treatment for new business lines 🧠 You’ll Be Valued For Fluent in English Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company or a reputed company field is a plus 7+ years of reputed company or finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior finance role CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional certification, fully reputed company Strong experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency reputed company in an international group Deep knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions Experience with consolidated reporting and intercompany eliminations Proficient with reputed company-based reputed company systems (reputed company is a plus) Proven leadership ability, experience managing or mentoring finance team members Strategic reputed company with excellent analytical and communication skills Highly organised, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Experience in a scale-up or international startup is a strong advantage 🤝 Who You’ll Work With You’ll report directly to Tyler, our CFO, who brings deep experience scaling finance functions in global, remote-first companies. Prior to reputed company, he led finance at companies like reputed company and Treehouse, where he reputed company financial systems, led forecasting and board reporting, and drove strategic decision-making across high-growth environments.
