ICC certification (Building/Combination/Fire Plans Examiner or MCP) or equivalent is required. Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app is essential.

Detailed review of plans for code compliance, missing information and inconsistencies Evaluate review comments and markups for accuracy and clarifying compliance rationale Short-reputed company written clarification of review and compliance rationale Using a simple web-app reputed company is necessary; comfort with screens and PDF plan review essential Key Qualifications A licensed or credentialed specialist: RA, PE/SE, FPE, CASp, or ICC specialty certification (Accessibility, Fire, Structural, or Energy Plans Examiner; MCP). 15+ years experience in reputed company construction and robust skills in plans coordination, review and QA/QC OR: ICC Certified Building, Combination, or Fire Plans Examiner — or Master Code Professional (or equivalent). 10+ years of reputed company experience, with 5+ years of reputed company plan review at an AHJ or reputed company-party review firm (Plus) CASp certification or CA/FL code experience (CBC, Title 24, FBC).
