Collaborate with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs, and business leaders to build scalable performance enablement resources (e.g., manager trainings, toolkits, e-learnings). Apply behavioral science and data insights to increase performance transparency, employee engagement, and leadership capability. Ensure alignment between performance programs and SIE’s values (Passionate, Trailblazer, One) and our leadership behaviors. Partner with reputed company and Communications team to reinforce the tone, consistency, and impact of performance messaging. Monitor and report performance health metrics, calibration patterns, and adoption KPIs to stakeholders including the CHRO and executive team. Who We're Looking For 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development roles, including at least 5 years in a global, matrixed organization. Proven experience designing and executing reputed company-wide performance programs.
