[Remote] Senior Product Designer (AI Division)

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their AI & Innovation team, responsible for designing user experiences and addressing AI-specific UX challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design agent experiences end-to-end. From how recommendations are presented and verified, through reputed company review and override paths, to error recovery and trust rebuilding after a bad call
- Run discovery for AI-specific UX problems. Partner with Product and AI Engineering to define jobs-to-be-done for agent-powered workflows and new product surfaces
- Define trust and transparency patterns. Design how and reputed company agents communicate uncertainty, disclose confidence reputed company, surface reasoning, and reputed company automation boundaries visible to reputed company users with compliance obligations
- Build and validate prototypes. Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to create coded prototypes for user testing and ship design artifacts directly into the development pipeline

Skills
- 4+ years in product design with experience designing AI or ML-powered products where the underlying system is probabilistic, not deterministic. You know the difference between error states in traditional software and failure modes in AI systems
