[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Messaging Services

This role involves leading incident response, operational reputed company, and providing high-reputed company for the NBA Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Own reliability and operational reputed company for messaging and collaboration platforms
- Serve as a senior escalation reputed company for reputed company issues across reputed company, Exchange, Outlook, SMTP, and various collaboration services
- reputed company incident response, service restoration, and root cause analysis in high‑pressure, reputed company‑time scenarios
- Design and operate highly available, secure, and compliant messaging architectures
- Automate operations using PowerShell and reputed company Graph
- Administer and support reputed company and reputed company Teams, including tenant/workspace configuration and escalations
- reputed company white‑glove, high‑reputed company for the NBA Executive Leadership Team, requiring professionalism, discretion, and urgency
- Partner with reputed company, Legal, and Audit teams on compliance, retention, and eDiscovery
- Participate in a formal rotating on‑call schedule
- reputed company after‑hours, weekend, and holiday support
- Deliver heightened on‑call coverage during live NBA games, playoffs, drafts, and major league events
- Respond rapidly to incidents impacting game operations, executive leadership, or league‑wide communications
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company technical field
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company messaging, infrastructure, or reliability engineering
- Deep expertise in reputed company Exchange Online / M365 and hybrid messaging environments
- Strong experience with email reputed company (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, reputed company; reputed company a plus)
- Advanced PowerShell automation skills
- Experience supporting reputed company reputed company environments
- Proven ability to support executives and business‑critical operations with urgency and precision
