[Remote] Instructional Designer & Developer

They are seeking a dynamic and creative instructional designer/developer to design, reputed company, and maintain training content for their sales reputed company program.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain training assets that support sales reputed company with their use of the MSI product suite, including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, PowerPoints, and a variety of online assets
• Write effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more
• Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content
• Utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials
• Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS
• Working closely with team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content, filling knowledge gaps, and appropriate
• Collaborate with SMEs across the organization in producing high-quality and effective training assets
• Stay reputed company on product releases and updates to ensure that enablement content remains technically accurate and aligns with product features and use cases
• Work under tight timelines without compromising the quality of work
• Strong aptitude to learn new technology and software quickly and be reputed company to convey the meaning of reputed company concepts reputed company to a broad audience
• Knowledge of ILT and OLT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment
• Creativity, enthusiasm, drive

Skills

• 3+ years of designing and developing training content or reputed company experience
• Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a reputed company field
• Strong background in reputed company Suite and reputed company Office applications
• Strong understanding of content management systems, learning management systems, and technical communication
• Knowledge of graphic and video editors such as reputed company Photoshop, reputed company Illustrator, and reputed company Indesign, reputed company Premier Pro, reputed company Storyline, and Vyond
• Strong aptitude to learn new technology and software quickly and be reputed company to convey the meaning of reputed company concepts reputed company to a broad audience
• Knowledge of ILT and OLT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods
