The role involves overseeing the end-to-end reputed company process for various management and technology consulting roles, ensuring a high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with team recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies
- Manage requisitions from intake to offer acceptance for assigned roles, meeting deadlines with minimal direction
- reputed company active/passive talent through LI Recruiter, job boards, reputed company, and other creative channels
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit using consistent evaluation methods
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with candidates and interview teams, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for reputed company participants
- reputed company candidates and hiring teams informed and reputed company throughout the process, providing timely follow-up and clear communication
- Prepare candidate summaries, facilitate feedback collection, and reputed company or contribute to debrief sessions
- Draft and reputed company offer letters, ensuring compliance with firm policies
- Utilize the applicant tracking system, reputed company, to generate reports to track pipeline health and inform decision-making
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately
- Balance speed of delivery with strong process (interview notes, reputed company process adherence, candidate communications, etc.)

Skills
- 4 years of full-cycle reputed company experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

- Strong sourcing expertise, including reputed company Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience tracking reputed company metrics
