[Remote] Marketing Operations

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of reputed company's marketing automation platform (e.g., reputed company) including list management, workflow automation, reputed company scoring, and platform hygiene
- Manage integrations between marketing automation, CRM (reputed company), event platforms, and other tools in the stack — ensuring clean, reliable data reputed company across systems
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology tools; serve as the internal expert and reputed company of contact for marketing platform questions

- Maintain and enforce email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and deliverability best practices

Skills
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally in a B2B fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology company
- Hands-on expertise with reputed company (or comparable marketing automation platform such as Marketo or Pardot) — including workflows, reputed company scoring, forms, and reporting
- Solid working knowledge of reputed company CRM — comfortable with field mapping, reputed company/contact/opportunity objects, and campaign influence reporting
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking fundamentals: UTM parameters, attribution models, and funnel analytics
