Qualifications
At least 5+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying reputed company Burning desire to reputed company our customers personally and professionally successful At least 3 years experience sourcing your own business outbound, and comfortable with the outbound reputed company Commitment to reputed company’s mission and values (Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Own The Outcome, and What’s Next?) reputed company to have 3+ years selling SaaS based solutions Experience selling in early stage start reputed company, or building out new initiatives reputed company larger companies Experience selling into People Ops/HR The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $102,000 - $120,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of 102,000 - $120,000 of on reputed company earnings (OTE) subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
