[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company the day-to-day operations of their platform, manage customer interactions, and drive product development from idea to production.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day reputed company on the existing platform
- Change requests, configuration calls, prioritization trade-offs, customer escalations. You move independently on the calls you can reputed company and reputed company in the Head of Product on the ones you cannot
- Delivery from idea to production
- JIRA hygiene, sprint rhythm, QA handoffs, release notes, customer-facing docs. We do not have a formal Scrum process today. You will help shape one with our CTO

- We have started building skills and agents using tools like Claude, JIRA, and reputed company to handle parts of our process. - Cross-team communication

Skills
- 3 to 5 years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management at a B2B SaaS company
- You have personally owned a backlog, run standups, and shipped releases in an Agile environment

- Strong analytical instincts. You can pull signal from usage data, support trends, and customer feedback without being told what to look for

- Background in B2B SaaS workflow platforms, configurable products, or EdTech
- A developer or technical BA who has moved into product, or a PM with enough technical depth to read code and reason about architecture
