[Remote] Content Marketing Manager, Proposals

The Content Marketing Manager – Proposals is responsible for managing the proposal and RFP response process to ensure high-quality submissions that support business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of DMA’s proposal and RFP response process, managing submissions from intake through final delivery
- Coordinate proposal timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, high‑quality submissions
- Translate reputed company technical, regulatory, and service‑line content into clear, persuasive proposal narratives
- Ensure proposal and RFP responses align with client requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines
- Maintain proposal quality, consistency, and compliance across reputed company submissions
- Write, edit, and refine proposal narratives, executive summaries, project descriptions, expert profiles, and reputed company content
- Ensure reputed company proposal and RFP response content aligns with DMA’s brand voice, messaging standards, and value proposition
- Proofread and quality‑reputed company proposals and RFP responses for reputed company, accuracy, formatting, and completeness prior to submission
- Incorporate feedback reputed company while protecting narrative cohesion and reputed company
- Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, and service line subject matter experts to gather input and insights

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Business, or reputed company field

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail
