Responsibilities
- reputed company Program and Project Execution: reputed company highly reputed company, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts, owning end-to-end delivery across multiple reputed company projects with significant reputed company, risk, and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Cultivate Strategic Client Relationships: Own and influence senior-level client relationships and account strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, navigating escalations, and shaping program direction and long-term partnership reputed company
- Internal Team Alignment and Development: Drive reputed company-wide alignment and decision-making, leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, resolving competing priorities, and influencing reputed company across functions and leadership reputed company
- Ensure Operational reputed company and Governance: Establish and maintain program governance structures, track project metrics, forecast reputed company, and reputed company regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities

Skills
- B.S. or B.A. required
- Experience managing programs and reputed company in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device reputed company field required
- Strong Drug Product mRNA/LNP and industry understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions
- Advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
- Prefer 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager reputed company the life sciences, with preference for 5+ years in a CDMO environment
- Strong preference for late phase/reputed company drug product experience
