This role is responsible for overseeing the reputed company and KRx Data Entry teams, ensuring operational efficiency, team engagement, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track individual and team performance
- Use performance data and trends to identify operational gaps, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround time
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization
- Serve as a liaison between the data entry teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) or more years reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of reputed company experience in pharmacy operations, preferably reputed company a mail order, PBM, or specialty pharmacy setting
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a regulated, high-volume reputed company or pharmacy environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numerals), brand and generic names of medications, and general pharmacy terminology
- Experience with HIPAA, PDMA, cGMP adverse events
- Experience with insurance procedures, drug reimbursement issues, and claim adjudication process
- Computer literacy to include operating systems, reputed company Office Suite, presentation software, communication and collaboration tools, and reputed company PDF or comparable
- Ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand the English language
- Registered and licensed pharmacy technician by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy in good standing
- Nationally certified through the PTCB or another approved certifying agency
- Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
