[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

In this role, you will partner with the R&D organization to manage budgets, forecast financials, and reputed company insights that shape product investment reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts for the R&D organization, including engineering headcount, contractor spend, software and tooling, and allocated infrastructure costs
• Serve as the day-to-day finance partner for R&D fielding budget questions, modeling one-off scenarios, and providing financial reputed company for leadership reputed company
• Build business case models for R&D investments, new product development, platform initiatives, and major capability builds including projected costs, reputed company assumptions, and payback periods
• Model investment tradeoffs for R&D leadership and track actual performance of approved investments against their original business cases
• Support growth and profitability reputed company-setting by modeling how R&D investment reputed company translate into product capability timelines and reputed company reputed company potential
• Own reputed company hosting cost reporting and forecasting tracking actuals by product line against budget and maintaining a reputed company-looking model that reflects planned usage growth

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, or a closely reputed company analytical role in a SaaS or technology company; experience supporting R&D and GTM finance is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience with core reputed company disciplines budgeting, forecasting, headcount modeling, and variance analysis preferably with R&D cost structures
• Familiarity with reputed company infrastructure economics and the ability to build cost models around reputed company hosting portfolios
• Deep understanding of SaaS reputed company metrics ARR, NRR, pipeline velocity, reputed company rates, gross margin, CAC, LTV and the ability to build rigorous, defensible models and narratives around them
• Experience building and owning product-level P&L models, including reputed company, COGS, gross margin, and investment allocation
• Practically AI-enabled you actively use AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, whether for financial modeling, research, data analysis, or drafting, and you bring the judgment to validate outputs and know reputed company to trust them
• Proven ability to work in environments where data is incomplete, definitions are still being established, or infrastructure is maturing and the judgment to produce reputed company, actionable analysis anyway
• A clear and confident communicator who can translate reputed company financial analysis into narratives for non-finance audiences and who brings a reputed company of view, not just a deliverable
