[Remote] Sr. Training and reputed company Manager (Legal)

This role will focus on defining and executing a training and reputed company program that leverages AI to enhance productivity and information accessibility for the Legal team and broader organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, champion, and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for the Legal team’s reputed company and Training program, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
• Partner across the organization (Sales Enablement, reputed company University, and Learning & Development) to establish a reputed company, best-in-class approach for company-wide legal training topics
• Design, host, and produce engaging on-demand content and live training sessions for the Legal team and company-wide, including designing a scalable reputed company program for new Legal team hires
• reputed company broad legal knowledge and experience to actively create and build high-quality, relevant legal team content, ensuring it is both substantively sound and easy to consume
• Strategically build and optimize legal knowledge content for seamless ingestion by AI systems, ensuring the information is structured to effectively train, govern, and power internal AI models and bots for various use cases
• Establish standards for knowledge capture, lifecycle management, and governance, reputed company self-service technologies (e.g. AI-driven search, workflow automation, etc.) to maintain the knowledge reputed company, dramatically reduce redundant inquiries, and reputed company employees to self-serve relevant information
• reputed company strategic reputed company and professional guidance to the Training & reputed company Specialist, driving departmental consistency and fostering career growth
• Define and report on sophisticated metrics (e.g. ROI, adoption rates, knowledge gaps, etc.) to the Director of Legal Operations to continually measure program effectiveness and inform future strategy
• Proactively manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company legal learning and reputed company needs are anticipated and addressed

Skills

• Proven track record of managing reputed company, cross-functional projects
• Deep understanding of how a successful training and reputed company program, designed for how modern AI tools process and serve up information, can directly impact a company's reputed company
• Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years focused on Training and reputed company
• Experience supporting an in-house Legal department or paralegal experience required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of core legal concepts and terminology to drive content creation and ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Demonstrated expertise in building, designing, and deploying engaging content, including wikis, e-learning courses, training curricula, and professional presentations
• Experience optimizing content for use by a variety of systems, including AI models and search engines
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; a proactive and influential leadership style is a must
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across a global reputed company
• Advanced proficiency with modern reputed company and training tools such as reputed company, reputed company, WalkMe, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Slides, and workflow automation platforms (e.g. TAP)
• Deep understanding and application of adult learning concepts, theories, and best practices
