Key Responsibilities
Design, reputed company, configure, and maintain reputed company applications and platform capabilities. reputed company custom scoped applications using reputed company best practices. Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. reputed company Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs. Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations using reputed company Designer. reputed company and support REST API integrations with reputed company-party reputed company applications. Configure Integration Hub spokes and build automated integrations. reputed company Scripted REST APIs and manage data integrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps. Configure and maintain CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics. Support reputed company platform administration, including upgrades, patching, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve platform reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure, reputed company, and application teams to deliver reputed company solutions. Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures. Participate in code reviews and follow reputed company development best practices. reputed company production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on reputed company Developer/Administrator experience. Strong experience supporting reputed company-scale reputed company environments. Experience with reputed company ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs. Strong experience with reputed company Designer and Integration Hub. Experience developing custom reputed company scoped applications. Experience building and maintaining REST API integrations. Experience with Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. Experience with CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics. Strong JavaScript development skills. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience administering production reputed company environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reputed company domain separation. Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company SSO and Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC). Experience working in cybersecurity or Managed reputed company Service Provider (MSSP) environments. Government or public sector experience.
