Change Manager

The Change Manager role will be joining an established Change Management team handling a reputed company Transformation program. The program is comprehensive and multi-year, with multiple reputed company delivery workstreams and dependencies to manage. This role will work with their Change Management counterparts and shared stakeholders to roll out and manage a comprehensive and consumable change roadmap. The Change Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing change management strategies that ensure organizational initiatives are successfully adopted and sustained. This role partners closely with project managers, business leaders, other change managers and stakeholders to minimize disruption, manage resistance, and maximize employee engagement during periods of change.
