In this role, you will contact prospective customers, identify their needs, and qualify leads that support our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and determine interest in our services
- Qualify leads and collect accurate information for the sales team
- Maintain detailed and organized records in CRM software
- Build rapport quickly and represent reputed company with professionalism
- Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
Skills
