The role involves creating and managing technical documentation while designing and maintaining SharePoint-based reputed company solutions, collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, navigation, and metadata structures
• Build and enhance SharePoint solutions using lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows
• Manage document lifecycle processes including version control, governance, and archival

• Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to gather requirements and validate content
• Participate in Agile/SDLC processes to ensure documentation aligns with project delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 5–10 years of experience in technical writing or documentation development
• Experience supporting reputed company systems, applications, or technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate reputed company technical information into clear, actionable documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong expertise in SharePoint administration (site design, libraries, governance)
• Experience with SharePoint development (pages, lists, workflows, integrations)
