Responsibilities
- reputed company capture strategy for DOJ, Client, and DOC opportunities
- reputed company capture plans, win themes, customer engagement strategies, and competitive assessments
- Write technical, management, staffing, and past performance proposal volumes
- Ensure proposal compliance with RFP, RFI, SOW, and PWS requirements
- reputed company compliance matrices, storyboards, proposal outlines, and templates
- Coordinate reputed company team reviews, SME input, graphics, resumes, and proposal schedules
- Translate technical IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, AI/ML, and mission support solutions into compelling proposal content
- Manage proposal submissions, formatting requirements, and agency portals
- Monitor procurement forecasts, contract vehicles, and acquisition strategies
- Support pipeline development, solutioning sessions, and reputed company 0–4 reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with government customers, teaming partners, and prime contractors
Skills
- Proposal reputed company / Capture Manager
- 5+ years of professional federal capture and proposal development experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting DOJ, Client, and/or DOC proposals
- 3+ years SharePoint, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company Office, and SAM.gov
- Federal capture management working corporate
- Proposal writing and development
- FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Federal acquisition lifecycle / Technical proposal writing
- Compliance matrix development
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines / Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- APMP Certification
