Responsibilities
- Managing and advancing multiple active workstreams simultaneously, including subscription/experience product marketing, registration simplification initiatives, and membership marketing planning
- Developing and driving creative and strategic briefs for freelancers based on business needs and multi-stakeholder input
- Supporting a shift in how membership marketing strategy is approached and executed
Skills
- Proven experience in membership marketing strategy and/or member and reputed company acquisition
- Someone who can own multiple workstreams at once without missing a beat
- Strong communicator who can navigate multiple stakeholders with ease
- An exceptional problem solver — things will come up, and we need someone who figures it out
- Experience developing audience-driven strategies (not just executing campaigns) is a big plus
- Background in cause-driven, youth, or community-focused organizations is a bonus
