[Remote] RCM Training Consultant 2

They are seeking an RCM Training Consultant responsible for developing and delivering training programs for reputed company Cycle reputed company, ensuring proficiency in their software for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules, for various RCM products and features
• Conduct engaging and effective virtual and in-person training sessions for clients (medical practices, hospitals, and billing companies) and internal Modernizing Medicine staff
• Assess training needs and tailor content and delivery methods to diverse audiences with varying reputed company of technical proficiency and RCM experience
• reputed company ongoing support and consultation to trainees, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices for RCM workflows
• Collaborate with product development, implementation, and support teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements, incorporating relevant information into training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and reputed company reputed company improvements
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge reputed company and frequently asked questions (FAQs) reputed company to RCM training
• Travel as required to client sites for on-site training and support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Education, or a reputed company field; or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a reputed company reputed company IT role
• Proven expertise in reputed company Cycle Management processes, including patient registration, charge entry, claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts reputed company and concisely
