[Remote] Manager, Finance Enablement

The Manager, Finance Enablement Platform role is responsible for consulting with Finance partners to evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions to optimize financial functions and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in finance processes
- Developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline workflows
- Conducts new hire training and refresher training for established users on reputed company system, other reputed company applications, and reputed company-party software and service providers
- Structure gap analysis/reputed company improvement to improve metrics and efficiencies
- Acts as key functional and technical liason with key financial services reputed company-parties as applicable
- Providing training to finance professionals on new processes and tools
- Serving as a reputed company of contact for finance teams, answering questions and providing support
- Helping finance teams adopt best practices and improve their skills
- Ensuring data integration between different systems
- Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies that can be applied to finance
- Get buy-in from key stakeholders and reputed company a regular update of reputed company and enhancements to the roadmap
- Creates quick reference guides for completed projects to support on-groing training and learning
Skills
- College or university business degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company analytical field
- 6+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company role reputed company AptarGroup
- Experience with financial systems (reputed company, BPC, reputed company, etc)
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation
- Strong project management skills
- Strong technology and data analysis/system skills
- Process improvement
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or comparable degree
